Transfers are free and all we ask is that you pay for the next two years renewal of your domain name. As soon as your domain name is renewable it will be renewed for a further two years.

We will give you the support and service required to make the transfer process as smooth and quick as possible.

Once the transfer has taken place you will receive a User ID and password to allow you to set up your email and web forwarding.

Enter the domain name(s) you wish to transfer to us and click the Add to Basket button. If you have multiple domain names please enter these on separate lines.

Transfer details:
For .com/.net/.org/.info/.biz domain names you will need to provide us with an auth code, which must be emailed to us. This can be obtained from your current host.

For .co.uk/.org.uk/.ltd.uk/.plc.uk/.me.uk domain names you must ask your current host to transfer the Registrar Tag to ZYLEM.

For .gb.com/.uk.com/.uk.net/.us.com.gb.net/.web.com domain names we can initiate the transfer.

By placing an order for the transfer of a domain name you are authorising us to transfer the domain name.
